2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 347 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468/34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons opened a forged Bank. Thereafter, the accused persons contacted the informant and persuaded her to deposit money in their Bank at the rate of 2 per cent interest per annum. The informant deposited Rs. 11,36,000/- in their Bank but further, she came to know that she was being cheated by the accused persons.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he will pay 30 per cent of entire amount i.e. Rs. 11,30,000/- at the time of furnishing bail bond and rest of the amount shall be paid in six equal monthly installments.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released provisionally for six months on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 347 of 2023.

6. The learned court below shall confirm the bail bond of the petitioner after payment of all the installments if those installments have been paid within the stipulated period.
