The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 156/2021, registered for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Recovery is not from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

No.16514 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned special Judge, Excise Court-I, Samastipur, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 156/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
