Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended along with a stolen motorcycle and from person of the petitioner a live cartridge and the mobile phone was also recovered. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 12.12.2017.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody or on framing of the charge whichever is

No.24328 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Daraunda Police Station Case No. 225 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
