The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 121, 121(A), 120(B) of the I.P.C., Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, Sections 16, 17, 18 19, 20, 21, 22 of U.A.P. Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the confession of co-accused Vinod Hembram, who was arrested on the spot.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 21.07.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
