The limited complaint of the petitioner is that Annexure-6 has not been acted upon by the State Election Commission.

Mr. Sanjeev Nikesh, learned counsel appearing for

Patna High Court CWJC No.6225 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 the State Election Commission invites the attention of this Court towards Annexure-6 to submit that the complaint is dated 16.3.2016 and thus was filed only recently.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of reminding the Commission of the obligation cast under section 18(2) of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007.
