The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Prosecution case is relates to recovery of one loaded country made pistol with live cartridge from conscious possession of the petitioner at the time of arrest. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this present case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 09.01.2022.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 09.01.2022., this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Ramgarhawa P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Motihari, East Champaran.
