JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State, however, none appears on behalf of opposite party no.2. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and is ready to resume the conjugal life, statement to that effect has been made in para 12 of the petition. It is further submitted that issue has been resolved between the parties and both are residing together. The matter was referred to the Mediation Centre vide

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15891 of 2016 (5) dt.16-08-2016 2/2 order dated 17.05.2016. The report of the Mediator dated 21.07.2016 at flag-'X' reflects that the issue has been resolved between the parties and matrimonial harmony has been restored. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIV, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Let the present order and the report of the mediator be transmitted to the learned court below.
