The matter has been taken up through video conferencing.

The petitioners seek bail in Special case No. 11583 of 2019, arising out of Fatuha P.S. case No. 913/ 2019, registered u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. On secret information, the informant raided the house of the petitioners and from their possession 102 liters of country made liquor was recovered. The petitioners are in custody since 28.12.2019. The petitioners have already remained in jail for more than four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15992 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioner, above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special case No. 11583 of 2019, arising out of Fatuha P.S. case No. 913/ 2019.
