Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,120(B) of I.P.C and 30(A) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Liquor was recovered from a truck by the police. Prior to that, police had got information that the petitioner and other eight accused person had brought the same. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. There is no material to substantiate that petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or hamper the trial.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12794 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No.333 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the framing of the charge.
