The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barhariya P.S. Case No.417 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that recovery of illicit liquor has been made from Bathan which does not belong to the petitioner and the petitioner has clean antecedent, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
