The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(B), 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and it is submitted that the daughter of the informant and the petitioner are known to each other and they are in love. It is further submitted that the daughter of the informant had called the petitioner and thus, he had gone to her house where he was caught, but the daughter of the informant helped him to flee from the place of occurrence and thereafter, the present false case came to be implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16378 of 2023(2) dt.25-05-2023 2/2 alleging that petitioner committed theft and misbehaved with the lady of the house. It is next submitted that petitioner is young boy aged about 23 years and in the event, if he is sent to judicial custody, his entire career would jeopardize and chances are bright that he might come in contact with the criminals. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur P. S. Case No.195 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The application stands allowed.
