2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 390 of 2024 for the offence registered under section 309 (4) of the B.N.S., lodged on 04.09.2024 by the informant, Rajeev Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant was employee of Setting care Network Ltd. Finance Company after collecting the amount was returning where the accused persons took it away. The amount taken away was Rs. 1,09,765/-. This led to the FIR.

4. The Police during investigation, picked up this petitioner in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 390/2024 in which he confessed to the said crime as also the present case. It shows that he has number of criminal cases under his belt.

5. Though, learned Counsel for the petitioner tries to impress upon this Court that there is delay in lodging of the FIR and the confession is before the Police.

6. Learned APP submits that the criminal antecedents certifies his role in the present case.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, no relief can be granted, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ranjeet/- U T
