All the respondents and the authorities including the authorities of the University will now ensure that the directive issued by the Registrar of the University, contained in Annexure-G, and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6420 of 2015 dt.11-12-2015 exercise left over is completed, preferably, within a period of six weeks. Once the full Managing Committee is constituted, the question of Principalship etc. can be decided by the Managing Committee. The Managing Committee has the wherewithal for the reason that they are in a better position to appreciate all the documents and assertions of the rival contentions available within their domain. If the petitioner or the private respondent has anything to offer before the Managing Committee, they can surely do so. Writ application stands disposed of in terms of the above.
