This is a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that in course of raid in connection with Nawadah Town P.S. Case No. 716 of 2016 one Rajesh Kumar Chaudhary was arrested who disclosed the name of another accused Nivi Kumar. The said Nivi Kumar disclosed that huge arms were kept in the house of the petitioner Kunal Kumar, and on search three loaded country made pistols and 6 live cartridges were recovered from the bed room of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student of B.A and belongs to a poor family. He denies such

He further submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case for which he is in custody since 10.02.2017. He also submits that in Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 716 of 2016 his prayer for bail is still pending. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nawada P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017.
