04-05-2018 Heard Sri Jitendra Kumar Sinha, learned counsel assisted by Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.M.P. Mehta, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 06-11-2017 in Buxar Rail P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 379, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code with clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph -3 of the petition, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on accusation of non-production of paper relating to mobile, the petitioner was arrested, as if, he was having stolen mobile.
