Public Prosecutor, fairly submits that though the present petition has been filed against the order of rejection of discharge petition filed on behalf of the petitioners, during pendency of this petition, charge has already been framed.
In view of the fact that charge has already been framed, meaning thereby that trial commenced, there is no reason to pass any positive order.
The petition stands dismissed.
