25-01-2017 Heard Sri Mohit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ganpati Trivedi, learned counsel for opposite parties/Bihar State Board of Religious Trust. The present petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, with a prayer to direct for transferring Miscellaneous Case No. 155 of 2004 from the court of A.D.J. - IX, Patna to any other court of A.D.J. at Patna City. A plea has been taken that suit property lies within the jurisdiction of Patna City court and as such, it is necessary to transfer the record.
The Court is of the opinion that since Patna City court itself lies within the jurisdiction of Patna judgeship, there is no
Patna High Court MJC No.1157 of 2016 (3) dt.25-01-2017 2/2 reason for passing any favourable order.
The petition stands dismissed.
