JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 384, 427, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused to the petitioners on 20.06.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.22029/2017 with liberty to renew the prayer, if the trial is not concluded within six months. The said order was challenged in S.L.P. (Crl.) No. 6232 of 2017 with S.L.P. (Crl.) No. 6268 of 2017. The Hon'ble Apex Court by order dated 29.08.2017 modified this Court's order by allowing liberty to the petitioners to move the High Court after two months. The ordersheet of the learned Trial

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jadia Police Station Case No.78 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall remain present before the learned court below to ensure the smooth progress of the trial, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
