The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S.Case no.72 of 2018 dated 18.3.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 342, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of assault by brick-batting and also by fists and slaps causing injury to the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation is mentioned against the petitioner and there is general and omnibus allegation. Two other accused persons have been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 11.9.2018 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13817 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 Misc. No.48614 of 2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Munger in connection with Sangrampur P.S.Case No.72 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
