08-07-2020 The matter has been taken up through videoconferencing, as per instance of learned counsel for the petitioner through E-mentioning slip, kept at flag 'Z' (at serial no. 351), whereby, it has been submitted that due to complete lock-down, the bail-bond could not be furnished and time granted by this Court has been lapsed.

Earlier, vide order dated 04-03-2020, both petitioners were granted anticipatory bail and six week time from the date of order was granted for surrendering before the court below and furnishing bail-bonds.

In view of aforesaid fact, further ten weeks time from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13061 of 2020(3) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 today is granted to petitioners to surrender before the court below and furnish bail-bond.

The order dated 04-03-2020 stands modified to the extent, as indicated above.
