The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 132/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegations and materials available against petitioner No. 1 who happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner No. 1 is rejected.

So far as petitioner No. 2 is concerned, he is not a close relative of the deceased and, therefore, his anticipatory

Accordingly, let the petitioner No. 2 above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 132/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
