16-06-2015 Heard Sri N.K.Agrawal, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Vijay Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.K.Nirala, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code, section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act & section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the brother of the petitioner is the licensee of the fertilizer and on the eve of Holi occasion, certain articles were recovered and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19161 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 I have perused the F.I.R. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
