This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2017 for offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation, in brief, is that the petitioners had threatened the deceased due to land dispute few days back and it is suspected that on account of that petitioners had killed the informant's wife. It is submitted that due to land dispute the petitioners have falsely been implicated and there is no eye witness to the occurrence and merely suspicion is raised due to the land dispute. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees
