Husband of the petitioner died on 4.12.2013.

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that the pertinent has not been paid GPF amount, leave encashment, group insurance and salary for the period August 2013 to 04th December, 2013 as well as statutory interest payable to the petitioner as widow of late Himanshu Shekhar. Considering the fact that the husband of the petitioner died on 4.12.2013, the writ petition is disposed of with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.5398 of 2020(3) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 direction to the respondents to ensure payment of entire arrears including death cum post retiral dues and other admissible dues alongwith a detailed calculation chart within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled to payment of interest @ 9% from the date of filing of the writ application dated 6.3.2020 till the date of actual payment.
