2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 04 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 74, 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner disrobed and attempted to undress the wife of the informant and was attempting to tease her. It is further alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant on the head with an iron rod.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that as far as the injury report of the informant is concerned, the learned trial court has recorded that para 41 of the case diary refers to the injury report of Mantu Rajak (the

No.14535 of 2026(3) dt.02-04-2026 2/2 informant) and Yashumati Devi, where Mantu Rajak has received a minor abrasion in the left leg and forearm and Yashumati Devi received a deep cut on the upper scalp due to a blunt and abrasion on the right cheek. He also submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the wife of the informant, rather there is an allegation that he has assaulted the informant. The nature of injuries is simple. Moreover, a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 08.01.2026.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 04 of 2026.
