JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 379 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9534 of 2015 (2) dt.21-04-2015 Accusation is of assaulting the informant's side and also put the house of the informant on fire and snatching Rs. 12,000/- from the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 06.03.2013 the First Information Report was registered on 09.03.2013, which reached to the court on 11.03.2013, whereas the petitioner lodged the case against the informant and others on 08.03.2013 making accusation under Sections 147, 148, 447, 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 76 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
