This application has been filed for restoration of the Cr. Misc. No. 23191 of 2017, which has been dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 11.05.2017. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he could not notice the order dated 11.05.2017 as he was not present at that day and therefore, the said order could not be complied with. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner is ready to comply the order dated 11.05.2017 within any time granted to him by this Court.

In such view of the matter, this application is allowed and the Cr. Misc. No. 23191 of 2017 is restored to its original file and the petitioner is directed to comply the order dated 11.05.2017
