Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 414, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report, rather he had only taken lift on the bike in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15121 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019.
