====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, stood dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 26.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23583 of 2023.

3. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that during pendency of the case, due to intervention of well-wishers, dispute between the parties has been settled and in this regard a compromise petition dated 7.12.2022 has been filed before the learned court below (Annexure-P/3).

4. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that it is a non-

5. In view of the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the State and recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anrs reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, the second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
