JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Mr. Niraj Kumar, AC-22, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State-appellant submits that in view of the Notification No. 14/DLA-Niti-(First Appeal)-113/13-943/Ra dated 17.08.2015 issued by the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms (Land Acquisition Directorate), Government of Bihar, Patna, the State-appellant has decided not to prefer the appeal in the land acquisition matter valued up-to the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- and it was also decided to withdraw the appeal up-to the amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. In the present case, the appeal value is at Rs. 3,85,265.55/-.
