ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.448 of 2018 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because the petitioner is the wife of Dharmendra Rai, who has been named in connection with the present case, the petitioner has also been brought into the dragnet of accused persons. Learned counsel further submits that no particular role has been attributed to the petitioner and he may be extended the privilege of pre-arrest bail.
In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.14453 of 2019(3) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 circumstances and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 4th, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.448 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
