Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Daraunda P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 379 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25404 of 2021(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 1, 2, 5 and 6, above named.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as against the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 5 and 6, above named. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is case and counter case from both the side and both the sides sustained injures but the injuries sustained by the prosecution side is simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner nos. 3, 4 and 7, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan, in connection with Daraunda P.S.
