It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for execution of order dt. 02.02.2014 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Purnia, petitioner has filed an application under Section 15 of BLDR Act before the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Purnia, on 08.07.2015 which is still pending before the concerned authority.

In view of the limited grievance made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Purnia, District Purnia ( respondent No. 4) to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner on 08.07.2015 in accordance with law after hearing all the parties preferably within a further period of six months from the date of receipt/ production of this order.
