JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 09-04-2019 Claim of the petitioner in the writ petition is that those having lesser marks than the petitioner have been given preference in the matter of selection to the post of Uddeepika pursuant to an advertisement published in the year, 2013. Petitioner's claim has been rejected by assigning reason that she was disqualified as she did not have a recognized degree of 10+2 or equivalent.

Petitioner's degree of Madhyama Visharad from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Allahabad was held to be unrecognized degree. Writ petition has been filed wherein it is stated that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6776 of 2015 dt.09-04-2019 2/2 degree is recognized. Nothing has been filed in the writ petition in support of the assertion made in the writ petition to make out a prima facie case for calling upon the respondents to respond to the said assertion made by the petitioner. This Court does not find any infirmity in the reasons assigned by the respondent authorities.
