Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420, 120B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner, being a miller of a rice mill, did not abide by the agreement and denied to return remaining rice to the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case out of personal grudge of the informant, who was a local PACS Chairman. Considering the nature of allegation as well the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is
