2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126, 115(2), 109(1), 329(4), 76, 303(2), 351 and 352 of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of informant by means of Farsa causing injury. Doctor has found the injuries, sustained by the injured, to be grievous in nature. Petitioner has also got one criminal antecedent.
