This is an application for regular bail in connection with Rafiganj P. S. Case No. 69 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, as per informant, is that while she was opening the door of the office of Electricity Department, Rafiganj, some persons forcefully entered into it and on the point of pistol looted Rs. 1,82,000/-.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. He has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14284 of 2018(3) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 recovered from the possession of petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.1.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad, in connection with Rafiganj P. S. Case No. 69 of 2016.
