The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 384 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 354(B), 379, 452, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.11.2018. He further submits that on account of dispute between the family of the petitioner and the informant case and counter case was registered.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
