JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Special P.P. for the Vigilance, Mr. Arvind Kumar and learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 submits that it was in pursuance of his grievance raised before the Principal Secretary, Vigilance, that the present FIR came to be instituted in the year 2016 and now he realizes his mistake and thus does not oppose the bail of the petitioner.
