2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 646 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA),25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner has been caught while manufacturing illegal arms and there is recovery of one country made pistol, 10 piece of barrel, 9 piece of trigger, 12 piece injector, 10 piece of bottle, 10 piece of barrel pipe, 9 piece of wiring pin, 12 piece of body plate and other materials used for the said purpose. The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2024.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner was running a mini arms factory, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14263 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
