The petitioner has been in custody since 15.11.2017 in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the suspicion raised against the petitioner that he was the landlord of the land where the petitioner's wife was residing, there is no further material to substantiate the case of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion and there is no evidence save and except the bald statement made by the informant that he wanted the petitioner's wife to vacate the land. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and there is no eye witness to the occurrence, let the
