JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-06-2015 Heard Sri Surendra Kishore Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amitesh Kumar, learned A.P.P. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated. He submits that falsity of the case is evident from the fact that in the F.I.R. the informant has disclosed that he was not knowing the no. of his motorcycle and he has also not disclosed the no. of one of the mobile nos., however, the informant has given the no. of another mobile no. In view of the facts and circumstances, I do not find any
