JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State as well as learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Barharia P.S.Case No. 151 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that after marriage, there was demand of a Scorpio vehicle and the accused persons were torturing to realize that demand as a result of which becoming frustrated, informant's daughter committed suicide. It is submitted that specific allegation of demand of vehicle is against the husband of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against this petitioner, who is a lady of 68 years old. He further submits that similarly situated accused persons namely sister-in-law and father-in-law have been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33261 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.02.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 2351 of 2017 and order dated 22.06.2017 in Cr.Misc. No. 27894 of 2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Aayasa Khatoon @ Ayasha Khatoon is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S.
