1. The present modification petition has been preferred to modify time of surrender as it was granted earlier for six weeks through Cr. Misc. No. 32199 of 2019 vide order dated 15.05.2019.

2. It is submitted that petitioners were residing in another state, where they work for their livelihood and due to unavailability of train tickets, they could not surrender within time to furnish provisional bail bond.

3. Considering the hardships as submitted above, the petitioners are granted further three weeks' time as of now, where they are permitted to furnish the bail bond in event of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70271 of 2023(4) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 their arrest or surrender before learned trial court with remaining terms and conditions as imposed through Cr. Misc. No. 32199 of 2019 vide order dated 15.05.2019.

4. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 15.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32199 of 2019.

5. Present modification petition stands disposed of accordingly.
