Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Town PS Case No.22 of 2018, registered under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that 13 years old daughter of the informant was enticed away by the petitioner, a married man. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in order to put pressure to the petitioner to marry the daughter of the informant, this false case was lodged, the girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not stated abut any misbehaviour done to her, the girl is minor. The girl is minor, her date of birth in the school record is 08.12.2006 and she has stated about enticing away by the

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in particular the age of the girl, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Darbhanga Town PS Case No.22 of 2018, pending in the court of learned CJM, Darbhanga with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial.
