The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 76 of 2013 registered under Sections 370, 374 of the I.P.C., 23/26 J.J. Act and 14(1) of Child Labour Act.

The accusation is that eight persons, who were taking 30 children for working as labourer, named in the F.I.R., were apprehended by the Police. They disclosed the name of the petitioner and one Gaurishankar Sahani, who called the children for work of digging the canal.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19049 of 2015 (2) dt.01-06-2015 2/2 petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner, Ram Shankar Sahni, has been disclosed by eight accused persons, who were apprehended along with children by the Police and they have already been granted bail by the lower Court. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 76 of 2013 subject to the condition, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
