The petitioner seeks bail in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and others are alleged to have made indiscriminate firing on the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no injury was caused to the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 27.04.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 21⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28893 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 141 of 2016.
