JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018, dated 18.10.2018, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. After some arguments, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sharma, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail.
