JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the basis of forged letter of S.D.P.O., Dhamdaha, the petitioner realized Rs. 35,000/- from the informant for getting him exonerated from Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 90 of 2014.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a witness against informant, hence, maliciously, the present accusation has been levelled.

It appears from para 3 of the petition that the petitioner is accused in four other cases.

This Court is not inclined to interfere.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9743 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if she surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Purnea.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
