JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Allegation against the petitioner along with other accused persons has been name in the FIR. There is allegation of to raise voice in protest by observing one day demonstration armed with lathi, danda, pistols at the police station and in front of police party and also making nuisance at the place of occurrence. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation is made against him and he along with other while making produced against the police personnel. Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
Considering the facts aforesaid and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10848 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No.111 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure on the condition that the petitioner will cooperate in investigation.
